SHIPPING POLICY

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS: 

Due to COVID-19, we are unfortunately experiencing delivery delays globally due to a number of issues out of our control, including slower processing times through customs, limited flights, delivery delays with local postal services due to increased parcel volumes and medical supplies being processed at borders.

Whilst we are still dispatching your gorgeous items as normal, these delays mean your order unfortunately may not arrive within our standard delivery time frame.

On average, we are currently seeing deliveries take approximately between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the current situation in each country - however, Diaper Backpacks to the US are taking only 3-4 weeks.

Should you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order (hello@stateofbaby.com) and we will happily refund your order in full.  Otherwise, your order will be dispatched after this point in time.

Please note, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed packages that are out of our control.  No refunds will be issues due to these delays.

Shipping Times

Our team will dispatch your items within 1 to 3 business days, with shipments generally arriving around 2 to 3 weeks after dispatch.  

Your items may arrive in separate packages and customs clearances are out of our control and may contribute to unforeseen delays. 

Shipping Prices

We currently offer flat rate international shipping of US$4.95 to the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, EU Countries, UK, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and South Korea.

Duties and Customs Charges

Import duties and tax charges can apply for deliveries. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. Each customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges.

Lost Packages

Although it’s very unusual, sometimes packages do go missing. State of Baby will do their best to try to recover any lost items however if the item has been identified as delivered through our tracking and cannot be recovered, State of Baby is not responsible to refund lost packages.

Where you are returning faulty goods to us as discussed with State of Baby, we also bear no responsibility for goods lost in transit.
